Self Paced Depth-Oriented Psychotherapy

available in 45 & 70 minute sessions

For those drawn to depth-oriented work but who may not be able to commit to weekly analysis, I offer self-paced sessions that follow your own current - whether that be bi-weekly, monthly or semi-annually. Self-paced therapy offers this continuity and presence, providing a container that supports reflection, insight, and meaningful development - no matter the frequency of our time together.

How is Self-Paced Therapy different from Jungian Analysis?

Traditional analysis is an intensive and transformative process. Though profoundly rewarding, it may not align with everyone’s path or current circumstance. Some clients aren’t particularly drawn to dream work but still feel they would benefit from a depth-oriented approach to therapy.

What is Depth-Oriented Therapy?

Depth-oriented therapy means tending to the soul. It’s a holistic approach that integrates mind, body, and spirit. In my practice, I draw from lineages of spirituality, existential inquiry, Jungian analysis, somatic therapy, relational therapy and internal family systems.

Together, we get curious about your personal truth and alignment while exploring what may inhibit any part of the self from full expression. Our work together often includes exploring personal and ancestral history, engaging the imagination, deepening connection to the body, and fostering authentic expression of feeling. This approach is a process-oriented modality that works to integrate what has been fractured throughout our lived experience.

Threads we may explore in our work together:

  • Acute and systemic trauma

  • Embodied healing and connection with the body (including disordered eating)

  • Spiritual emergencies, awakenings, and transformative experiences

  • Grief, courage, and suffering

  • Inner authority and self-trust

  • Shame, shadow, and integration

  • Personal ethics, values, and morality

  • Personal and collective myths

  • Child and adolescent integration

  • Family patterns and relational dynamics

  • Intuition, wisdom, and discernment

  • Spiritual beliefs and foundational worldviews

  • Co-regulating with nature and sense of belonging

  • Dream work and symbolic exploration

  • Psychedelic integration

  • Meaning & purpose
