Jungian Analysis

available in 45 & 70 minute sessions

Jungian Analysis prioritizes exploration over resolution. It invites us to linger with the paradoxes of the psyche, to uncover the many layers of our unique nature, and to gradually integrate the parts of ourselves that have remained dormant or unclaimed.

Individuating

At its essence, analysis is a process of remembering - uncovering what lies beneath the limiting beliefs, inherited narratives, and protective patterns that have kept the most authentic aspects of our being hidden. This journey is the reclamation of Self, what Jung called individuation, the unfolding of one’s true nature.

Becoming who we are is a lifelong process, and analysis offers a space to meet that unfolding consciously. It invites you to witness and engage with your own awakening, to move through life aligned with your truth, guided by purpose, and embraced by the meaning only your unique path can hold.

The Relationship

One of the most meaningful aspects of analysis is the container of the analytic relationship. Sessions are typically held once or twice a week, creating a sense of continuity that supports deep work with unconscious material and currents of inner and outer life. Meeting frequently allows for the recognition of unconscious patterns and imagery; fostering dialogue and integration over time.

Your Journey

All therapeutic work with me is rooted in Jungian principles. The pace and depth of our work are shaped by your own rhythm. Some may choose weekly sessions, while others may meet less frequently. Both hold profound depth and discovery.

For those drawn to depth-oriented therapy but who may not have the resources or capacity for the weekly commitment of analysis, I offer sessions that move at a gentler, self-directed pace. You’re welcome to book a consultation call to explore what kind of container may best support your process.
